These terms govern your use of Southern Martin Co., Ltd.'s products and services. By using our products, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Acceptable use
Don't use our products to:
- Break the law or violate someone else's rights.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Generate or distribute illegal content (CSAM, violent extremism, fraud).
- Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer our systems.
- Scrape or republish our service without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on what you choose). Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings.

Your content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to our products. We only use your content as needed to operate the service (e.g. processing your text to generate a rewrite, storing the result to you).
We don't train AI models on your content.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the service offline for maintenance, upgrades, or to address security issues. We'll do our best to give notice for planned downtime.
Liability
We provide our products "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using our products and close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email when possible. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dong Nai City, Vietnam.
