Refund policy.

14-day refund

We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your first purchase of any paid plan. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email contact@southernmartin.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund you in full.

How to request a refund

  1. Email contact@southernmartin.com.
  2. Include the email address you used to make the purchase.
  3. Include the date and amount of the charge (or the order ID if you have it).
  4. You don't need to explain why — but if there's a specific issue we should fix, we'd love to hear it.

We process refund requests within 2 business days. The refund itself appears on your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Renewals

Annual and monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel. If you forgot to cancel and the renewal charge happened recently, email us within 14 days of the renewal and we'll refund it. We don't believe in trapping people in subscriptions they no longer want.

To prevent future renewal charges, cancel from your account settings before the next billing date.

What's not refundable

  • Purchases older than 14 days (with the renewal-forgot exception above).
  • Repeat refund requests on the same product (we'll work with you the first time, but if a product isn't right for you, we'd rather you find one that is).
  • Charges made through third-party app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store) — those refunds are handled by the store under their own policies. We'll help you navigate the request, but we can't refund a charge we never directly received.

Pricing changes

If we change the price of a plan, the new price applies to your next renewal. We'll notify you by email at least 30 days before any increase, giving you time to cancel if you don't want the new price.

Cancellation

Cancel your subscription any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then.
